Your first import can feel complicated. In practice, customs and your forwarder need the same small set of documents every time — and we prepare all of them.
The document set
- Commercial invoice — values, terms and HS codes.
- Packing list — cartons, sizes, weights and dimensions.
- Certificate of origin — for the right duty rate.
- Bill of lading or air waybill — the transport document.
Who pays for what
We quote EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP. For first orders under 500 pieces, DDP by air is usually simplest: we deliver to your door with duties paid.
