Ordering & MOQ
Do you sell to individuals?
No — we manufacture for businesses: brands, clubs, gyms, schools, distributors and retailers. Every order is made to order with your branding.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
It depends on the product: from 25 kits for teamwear, 50 uniforms for martial arts and 100 pieces or pairs for most apparel and equipment. See the MOQ table.
Why don’t you show prices?
Prices depend on materials, branding, sizes and quantity. Request a quote and we send a full price breakdown within one working day.
Can I mix sizes and colours?
Sizes can be mixed freely. MOQ is per style and colourway.

Samples & development
How long does sampling take?
Usually 7–15 working days after the tech pack or references are approved. The sample fee is credited against your bulk order.
Can you work from my own designs?
Yes. Send a tech pack, sketch or reference photos. Our design team can also build the tech pack with you.
What if the sample isn’t right?
Tell us what to change; we revise until you approve, and only then start bulk.

Production & quality
How long does bulk production take?
Typically 3–7 weeks after sample approval, depending on product and quantity. You can follow each stage in your trade account.
How do you check quality?
Material checks, inline inspection and an AQL 2.5 final inspection with a written report.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes, by appointment — or book a live video tour.

Payment & shipping
What are your payment terms?
For new customers: 50% deposit to start production and 50% before shipping, by bank transfer. Repeat customers can agree other terms.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, by air express, air freight or sea freight. We quote EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP and prepare all export documents.
What if goods arrive faulty?
Report it within 14 days with photos; we repair, replace or credit faulty pieces.
