At least the legal minimum wage, voluntary and paid overtime, hours within the law.
2. No forced or child labour
Never. We check the age of every worker.
3. Safe workplaces
Fire exits, first aid, machine guards and safety training on every floor.
4. Respect
No harassment or discrimination; freedom to raise concerns.
5. Environment
Less waste, recycled offcuts and certified materials where possible.
