Other policies
1. Cancelling before production
Orders can be cancelled before materials are bought; we refund the deposit minus any sampling or development costs.
2. Cancelling during production
Once materials are bought or cutting has started, costs already incurred are not refundable.
3. Made-to-order goods
Because every order is custom, we don’t accept returns for a change of mind.
4. Faulty goods
Report issues within 14 days of delivery with photos; we repair, replace or credit faulty pieces.
5. Samples
Sample fees are not refundable but are credited against your bulk order.
