AQL — acceptable quality limit — is the international standard for checking a bulk order by inspecting a statistical sample.
How it works
For an order of 1,000 pieces, our inspectors check a sample of 80 at random. At AQL 2.5 the order passes with up to five minor defects. Major defects must be fixed before shipping.
What we check
- Measurements against your size chart
- Stitching, seams and finishing
- Branding position and quality
- Labels, tags and packing
You receive a written report with photos before your goods leave. Read more about our quality control.
