A tech pack is the instruction manual for your product. A complete one saves sample rounds, gets you an accurate quote and makes reorders identical to the first run. It doesn’t need to be fancy — it needs to be complete.
The checklist
- Flat sketches — front, back and any detail views.
- Measurements — a graded size chart with tolerances.
- Materials — fabric, weight (GSM) and Pantone colours.
- Branding — logo files, placements and sizes.
- Trims — zips, cords, labels, hangtags.
- Packaging — folding, polybags, cartons.
No tech pack yet?

Once the tech pack is approved, it moves into bulk manufacturing and stays on file for every reorder.
